1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Formly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Formly provides tools to create online forms, collect submissions, and either forward submitted data to user-defined endpoints (webhooks) or store submissions within Formly’s hosted dashboard.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data & Submissions

You retain ownership of all data submitted through your forms. When using Formly’s hosted storage, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your data collection complies with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR or other privacy laws).

5. Webhooks & Integrations

When you configure a webhook or external integration, Formly will attempt to deliver form submissions to the endpoint you specify. We are not responsible for data loss caused by unavailable, misconfigured, or insecure endpoints.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Service to distribute spam, malicious content, or content that violates applicable laws.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Formly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
